GUARANTEE<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The seller declares that all materials incorporated into the products are of the required quality. The buyer must use the products as a good householder and in accordance with the seller’s instructions. The warranty does not apply to products damaged during transportation that is not carried out by the seller, due to unprofessional assembly (assembly that was not done by the employees of “MAX Prozori i vrata” LLC<\/strong> . ) or use under conditions that contradict the instructions on handling and maintenance. Guarantee for the quality of the work performed and the functionality of the installed products: 24 months from the date of completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed. Warranty on the quality of built-in materials: 10-year warranty on the quality of white PVC profiles; 5-year guarantee on the quality of PVC profiles in other colors; 10-year warranty on the form and quality of aluminum profiles and the quality of surface protection; 5-year warranty on color stability on the outer surface of the plastic roller blind profile; 10-year warranty on the quality and functionality of the built-in hardware; 10-year warranty on thermal insulation and tempered glass in vertical glazing and 5 one year warranty for angled glazing; 5-year warranty against the formation of condensate in the glass; 2. year warranty on all electric drives, automation, sensors and other electric parts and equipment for doors, windows, sectional doors and blinds. The seller reserves the right to choose whether to replace the defective goods with a new one, or whether to take care of eliminating errors on the original goods. The goods are not subject to warranty in case of inadequate and unprofessional use or physical damage caused after the handover of the goods has been completed. Objection of the buyer regarding with a guarantee is not valid in the event that the buyer performs interventions, repairs, or attempts to perform repairs, as well as if an unauthorized third party does so. The seller guarantees for repairs that he has performed himself. If the seller is not ready for additional compensation, or is unable to achieve it, or if his repairs performed for the third time prove to be ineffective, the buyers have the right to withdraw from the contractual relationship and demand a reduction in the agreed price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Circumstances such as force majeure, measures of state authorities and other events that cannot be prevented, eliminated or avoided, i.e. situations that the seller cannot influence, are considered to be obstacles to the fulfillment of contractual obligations for which the seller is not responsible. The lack of raw materials on the world market is considered a force majeure. In the event that the fulfillment of contractual obligations becomes difficult or impossible due to such circumstances, the obligation ends during the time when its fulfillment is difficult or impossible, i.e. if the resulting circumstances could not be prevented, eliminated or avoided. Such circumstances exempt the seller during that time from the performance of obligations and liability for damages due to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations. The party claiming the right to the impossibility of fulfilling contractual obligations must prove the existence of such circumstances that exclude its responsibility and inform the opposite party thereof, i.e. as soon as he learns of the occurrence of such circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the same way, the party must inform the opposite party about the termination of the circumstances that caused the impossibility of fulfilling the contractual obligations. If the opposite party is not properly or immediately notified, the party claiming the right to the impossibility of performance is liable for damages. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in performance or failure to perform its obligations under this contractual relationship, if the delay in performance or failure to perform is the result of causes beyond its reasonable control and occurs without fault or negligence, including, without limitation, the inability of suppliers, subcontractors and freight forwarder or seller to fulfill their obligations under this contract, the latter provided that the seller will forward immediate written notice, with full details of the occurrence and reasons. The deadline for the fulfillment of obligations is extended by the amount of time lost due to the occurrence of such reasons, if the contracting parties still have an interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
